What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website, which introduces and describes CentralHub, the central hub where merchants get the tools to run their business — CRM, business phone (uCaaS), marketing, and website — in one platform. They do not cover the CentralHub product itself, which is delivered under a separate agreement once you become a customer. By browsing this site or submitting the "Get a demo" form, you agree to these terms.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse this site and request a demo. You agree not to misuse it - for example, by attempting to disrupt its operation, probing it for vulnerabilities without authorization, scraping it at scale, or submitting the demo form with false, abusive, or automated (non-human) submissions.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics, layout, and other content on this site belong to CentralHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this site for your own informational purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse the content for a commercial purpose without our permission.

The demo form isn't a contract

Submitting the "Get a demo" form is a request for us to contact you - it does not, by itself, create any agreement, subscription, or obligation between you and CentralHub. Any actual service relationship is established separately, with its own terms, once you decide to move forward.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We try to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CentralHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as this site changes. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continuing to use this site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
