Overview

This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and how it is handled. It covers this marketing site only. CentralHub is the central hub where merchants get the tools to run their business — CRM, business phone (uCaaS), marketing, and website, in one platform; this site does not have user accounts or a login, so the only personal information it collects is what you choose to submit through the "Get a demo" form.

Information we collect

When you submit the "Get a demo" form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number and/or email address (at least one is required)
• The free-text description you provide of what you need

We also automatically record your browser's user-agent string and the time you submitted the form, for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We do not collect any other information about you through this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your demo request and follow up with you about CentralHub. Your submission may later be added to CentralHub's own CRM so our team can track and manage the conversation with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The demo form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a challenge that helps us tell human visitors apart from automated bots. Completing it causes your browser to send limited technical signals (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to Cloudflare, which acts as our service provider for this purpose. Cloudflare processes this information under its own privacy policy, available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or marketing tracking cookies. The Turnstile widget described above may set a small cookie or use similar technology of its own as part of completing its verification challenge; that is the only tracking present on this site, and it exists to protect the form, not to profile visitors.

Where your information is stored

Demo request submissions are stored in a private database that is not publicly accessible. We keep this information only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to maintain a record of the resulting business relationship.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, by submitting a request through the "Get a demo" form and describing what you'd like us to do. We will respond to your request as soon as we reasonably can.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as this site or how it handles information changes. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continuing to use this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
